Rental Policies:
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Renters must be over 25 years old and in full attendance.
- Fifty percent deposit due at time of reservation. Remainder rent due two weeks prior to rental dates, plus refundable damage deposit and cleaning fee.
- Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled 90 days before rental dates, half refund if cancelled 60 days before rental dates.
